Dr. Keyur D. Bhatt received his bachelors in Chemistry and Masters of Science in Pharmaceutical/Organic Chemistry from the Sardar Patel University, Vidhyanagar, Gujarat, India in 2008 after which he worked Chemist at Asian Paints Ltd. for one year till 2009. During his Ph. D (2009-13) from Department of Chemistry Gujarat University, Ahmedabad Gujarat. He served 4 years as a Visiting lecturer in Department of Chemistry, School of Sciences, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. After Ph.D he joined the Head, Chemistry Department, C. U. Shah University, Surendranagar in 2013 and After that he joined Head, Department of Chemistry, Mehsana Urban Institute of Science, Ganpat University from June 2017 till now. He has successfully guided 32 students through their M.Sc. Dissertation, 4 M. Phil and 4 Ph. D students working under his supervision at present. He has 02 Indian patents, 37 Research articles and 12 books in International Journals to his credit. He has more than 300 citations with an h-index of 10. He has Organized, participated and presented his research work in various National and International Conferences. He is also a Reviews and Editorial Board Members for various reputed National and International Journals. He is also a member of various academic and professional bodies (ICA, CRSI, ABC etc.). He has more 9+ years teaching as well as research experience. Area of interest and specialization: To Design Synthesis, Characterization of Supramolecule, Fluorescence sensors and Nanoaprarticles, after that studied their Ion-binding properties with biological and environmentally important, metal ion, Amino acids, DNA etc. Synthesis and characterization of organic molecules, Applications in the field of Metal complexes, Sensor and Nanomaterials.
